Christmas Wishes

Its hard to believe that there is only one week left until Christmas!  

So much has changed this year - or has it?  I've been in my new house for 18 months now and have really settled in.  It feels like home.

Since this home is smaller than my condo, I made a commitment to really cut down on my shopping/buying/hoarding.....whatever you want to call it!  I've done pretty well, and have amassed a rather large 'purge pile'.  You know what that means:  BLOG SALE!!!!!!

That's right!!  Super-duper humongous Blog Sale coming on January 1st!

This is going to be a 'running sale'......since I have so much to list, I'm going to try to set a limit of posting a certain number of items, and as those go, add more to the sale.

I'll be posting the higher end items first.  Here's a bit of what's to come......

The best laid plans......

It was with the best of intentions that I re-started my blog and I'm horrified to find that it is the beginning of August and I have only posted one time! 

I wanted to do this blog as kind of a weight-loss journal as well as a place to review beauty items and hair products - but life kind of got in the way.

I will be doing a blog sale soon, so stay tuned!

I'm back!  I had to re-do my blog after moving and losing some of my computer's functionality during the process.  


I'm excited to begin the blogging process again.  I will be writing mostly about beauty products - makeup, skincare, hair projects, nail polish and product reviews, but I will also be posting update on my weight loss progress.  I have lost close to 85 pounds in the past three years and I have about 50 more pounds that I'd like to lose.  I will also be adding weight loss tips, and maybe a recipe will pop up here and there!  You will also hear stories about my dog - a 4 year old rescued Weimaraner.


I am a mid-40 professional woman in the Boston, MA area.
